Multiplier EventsWithin the 4LessBurnout project we will organise 6 multiplier events in the form of seminars, one in each partner country during month 29. The seminar, "Less burnout, stronger resilience", aims to raise awareness on the consequences of burnout and stress within the workplace in the social sector, to disseminate the project by providing information on the developed intellectual results and promote the participants’ ability to adapt them in their own contexts.
Partners will invite social practitioners to take part in the event, namely social workers, persons with attributions in social work, psychologists, sociologists, occupational therapists, social work public institutions leaders, and other professionals or workers closely connected to social care, such as trainers, associated partners, mental health experts, researchers, public institution representatives. The seminar is important for the sustainability of the project, as participants will be motivated to get to know more about the results and implement them. |
Short-term training course4LessBurnout will include 2 short-term staff training sessions throughout the project in Romania and Greece.
The main goals of the 1st STJSTE are to train partners’ staff and social practitioners on how to use the platform and collect feedback and contributions for any improvement as well as recommendations for the user manual. The 2nd STJSTE will be focused on the learning programme developed for social practitioners to reduce the stress caused by the working environment, but mainly on the exchange of the course training experiences among the trainees. |
