4LessBurnout aims to raise social professionals’ capacity to manage stress and burnout contexts, support each other through the intervention processes and maintain their jobs on a long-term.
The project is set to contribute to a world where vulnerable people can receive the services they need and a society where all human beings can fulfil their potential in dignity and equality. Thus, the project's main priority is to improve the availability of high-quality learning opportunities for adults by adding new and specific competencies on how to cope with job requirements and the symptoms of stress and burnout caused by the working environment. |
